The first supersizemypay.com strike in the Wellington Area will take place at KFC Porirua, Friday 24th of Feb, from 7 to 9pm. The campaign to end youth rates, poverty wages and gain secure work hours is building great momentum, with regular strikes of fast food workers in Auckland, a public rally at the Auckland Town Hall attended by 1200 people, (see Omar’s coverage of the event) and a demonstration in conjunction with the Green Party at Parliament.
