Culture & Society are about who we are, they provide is with the social framework within which we live our lives. Culture is the threads that join us together - the attitudes and values, habits, customs, behaviours, history, folklores and institutions that are shared by a particular social group or organisation. When you put all those different cultural groups together you have society.

Sustainable development strives to achieve a ‘perfect world’, one we can all agree on and which provides for us now and in the future. In this world there is no place for oppression and injustice, so it comes as no surprise that Social Equity is one of the four pillars of sustainable development.
