Media that Matters Aotearoa: The Screenings!

Media that Matters is a premiere showcase for short films on the most important topics of the day. Local and global, online and in communities around the world, Media That Matters engages diverse audiences and inspires them to take action
Here in Aotearoa New Zealand, Just Focus has the privilege of over-seeing the nationwide Media that Matters screenings in June/July this year. Crews of pro-active young people in Wellington, Christchurch and Auckland have gotten together to prepare for the screenings. They’ve taken on the challenge of choosing films, finding speakers, and basically planning a whole evening of awesome events!
The screening details for this year have been finalised, so get your diaries out and make sure you’re there!
Christchurch - 26 June, 6.30pm. Unlimited School, 263 High St.
Wellington - 27 June, 6pm. The NZ Film Archive, 84 Taranaki St.
Auckland - 7 July, 6pm. Academy Theatre (under the Auckland Public Library), 44 - 46 Lorne St.
