Manyara National Park

Did a quick trip with some friends through to Manyara National Park on the weekend, it was a very relaxing place.

Life is going well here, slowly getting into the pace, understanding the way things work more and more.

Work is going well, getting some good progress, sometimes feels like nothing is happening until I catch up with colleagues and tell them what I have been up to.

It’s not all safari and adventures… lots of meetings and driving around.

I measured up an area (with GPS) a local village has been restoring, it as it used to be the source of floods and erosion, now it is looking much better and stable, springs have started flowing again and rangers keep stock out and limit agricultural use. It is very dusty though.
