Auckland University’s Team One Beep are this year’s winners of the New Zealand section of this year’s Microsoft Imagine Cup, an annual worldwide challenge for students to harness technology to address “the world’s toughest problems”. The UN’s Millennium Development Goals were offered as a guide to the kind of problems needing solutions.
Team One Beep came up with an idea that could improve the educational opportunities of millions of children around the world.
